Yarn & fiber can be returned in original condition within 30 days only. (Cannot be balled, label/ball band must be intact). No returns on patterns or trunk show items.
Refunds can only be applied back to the original payment method.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returns, if applicable.
10% restocking fee on large-quantity returns (8+ skeins).
Every effort is made to take color-accurate photos of our yarns, but please keep in mind that all monitors display colors slightly differently.
If you're trying to match another color exactly, please get in touch, and we'll do our best to make sure the colors will work! We'd be happy to send you photos of color pairings to make sure you love your creation!

Any items you see in the shop that have a quantity you can choose are in stock and are ready to ship. If you'd like to purchase an out-of-stock item (Unwound's Own only), send us a message or use the "Custom Order" product to let us know what you need, and we'll get it added to the dye queue!
Also, feel free to contact us with custom colorway orders!
After you make an order, either online or over the phone, please use our Pickup Scheduler to make an appointment for curbside delivery at the shop.
The scheduler will ask you to choose a 15 minute window, ask you what your order number was, and ask for your vehicle info so that we can keep an eye out for your car. If you have any questions, please contact us and we can help you book your appointment. (:
